If you purchased Home Emergency cover, please be advised that call waiting times to our Home Emergency line managed by DAS may be longer than normal. Vulnerable clients will be prioritised. You can also email supplychainmanagement@das.co.uk between 9.00 am & 5.00 pm (skeleton staff over the weekend) (details required: Home Emergency Scheme Number, policyholders name and 1st line of address, contact telephone number for the policyholder, nature of claim).
