Making a complaint

We work hard to provide our clients with a first class service. If you are not happy with any aspect of the service you have received, we would like to know and will do all we can to resolve the situation. In the first instance, please contact your local Branch Manager, who will try to resolve matters for you or you can email us on complaints@aplan.co.uk.

We act on behalf of insurance companies or Lloyd's syndicates: the complaint procedure that will apply depends on whose behalf we act. To identify which procedure applies to you, please refer to your policy wording. If you have any doubt on which procedure applies to you, we will be happy to help.
